Hardham & Hardham Construction formed a very close working relationship with the Client from tender stage to completion and handover of this beautiful home.
This magnificent family home is positioned on a large 10 000m2 stand on a north facing slope. This allows the owners to witness those beautiful African sunsets, viewed form the garden boma or from the large and spacious patio.
Hardham & Hardham Construction was involved with the completion of this project right up to final hand over. This also included the basic landscaping layout and earth shaping as well as the construction of a 400m2 freshwater circulation dam which creates an amazing focal point to the garden. The dam is surrounded by natural grasses and fever trees and when lit at night is spectacular.
