Hardham and Hardham Construction CC was registered in 1991 and operates in the greater Johannesburg and surrounding suburbs. We have been involved in the housing and residential market for the past 28 years and our track record has been built on projects successfully completed and delivered to the highest standards.

Our executive team is committed to the quality of installations, repairs, quality control and management to satisfy the requirements of the client in all aspects of the trade.

The Managing Member is Jonathan Hardham, who is committed to providing a reliable service in projects, construction and quality management. As a trusted member of the community at large, he renders his business practice as an honest, reputable, reliable and trustworthy Managing Member.

We have accomplished staff who run the Accounts and Administration Department. They provide the infrastructural backbone for Hardham & Hardham Construction, ensuring that the daily administrative operations are run efficiently.

  • We were nominated and awarded the construction of the first Show House for Century Properties in the prestigious Waterfall Equestrian Estate. This home was 1463m2.
  • Completion of 11 magnificent homes in the prestigious Waterfall Equestrian Estate ranging in contract price from R 15 000 000 to R 52 000 000.00 with a build area in excess of 3 200 m2.
